What categories do you cover?
We source across a wide range of business categories including equipment, supplies, materials, services, and specialty items. If you're unsure whether we can help, submit a request and we'll let you know upfront if it's outside our scope.
How long does sourcing take?
Quick Source requests are typically completed in 2-3 business days. Standard Compare in 3-5 business days. Priority Source in 1-2 business days. Rush add-ons are available on Quick Source and Standard Compare.
What does the deliverable look like?
You receive a PDF report with a sourcing narrative, vendor cards (name, rationale, website, lead time), and our top recommendation. Reports are structured for easy review and sharing.
Can I request a rush?
Yes. A rush add-on is available on Quick Source and Standard Compare. Priority Source includes rush handling in its base price.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
We stand behind our work. If you feel the report doesn't meet the scope of your request, reach out and we'll review it with you.
How do I pay?
Payment is collected securely via Stripe at the time of submission. We accept all major credit cards. Your request enters the queue after payment is confirmed.
Do you work with vendors directly or make purchases on my behalf?
Neither. SourceWise provides sourcing recommendations only. All purchasing decisions and transactions are between you and the vendor. We are not party to any sale.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Your request details are used only to complete your sourcing report. We do not share your information with vendors or third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
